Night Thoughts

Moon

It’s very frustrating when you lay awake at night and you cannot get to sleep or wake up at 3am and just lay there unable to fall back to sleep but it’s amazing how when you can’t sleep at night how much clearer your thoughts are as you lay there thinking, for me my thoughts are deeper and more intense perhaps it is because you are laying there in the dark and in silence. I tend to think about my past what i have done and what i hadn’t done that i wished i had if that makes sense, and wonder about a ton of things that i would have done differently.
Then i start getting fed up and gradually drift back to reality turn the telly on and first thing i hear is shouting and i look at the TV and it’s Jeremy Kyle, what a nightmare!
